My curiosity about the mind began with my own sensitivity to certain everyday sounds- experiences that used to trigger real discomfort. I still notice those sensitivities, but hypnotherapy changed how my mind and body respond: after one session I felt a clear, noticeable shift in what I could tolerate. What mattered most was having a practitioner who truly listened and reflected my lived experience, instead of fitting me into a one-size-fits-all solution.
That kind of listening and personalized reflection is central to how I work. Innerled Hypnosis exists to offer a space where people are met as whole, unique humans-not run through a script. Every session is built around your story and needs; I ask the questions that guide you inward, then use hypnotherapy (with tools like NLP, EFT, and guided imagery when helpful) to support deep, sustainable shifts.
I’m trained in specialties from anxiety relief and trauma recovery to hypnobirthing and ADHD support, but what clients most often remember is how at ease they feel in session. My aim is simple: to walk alongside you as you soften what’s heavy, reconnect with your inner strength, and create change that truly lasts.

01. Complimentary Consultation
This 15-minute consultation will give you the chance to ask questions, learn more about how hypnosis can help you, and get a feel for whether we're the right fit for each other.
02. First Session
From here, we'll kick things off with an introductory session. We'll have an in-depth discussion about what brings you to hypnosis therapy and what you hope to get out of the process. We'll also collaborate on a customized plan to suit your needs and goals.
03. Experience Hypnosis
After our planning, we move into the work. You’ll be guided into a relaxed, trance-like state- many people describe it as deeply restful and restorative. From there, I use gentle, tailored suggestions to shift limiting beliefs, habits, and emotional reactions so you can begin moving toward your goals. You stay fully aware and in control the whole time.
04. Enjoy Your Results
While each person’s journey is different and some goals may benefit from 3–6 sessions to deepen and sustain the change, many people notice meaningful relief after just one session. We’ll decide next steps together and keep the process simple, supportive, and aligned with you.
