How To Start


01. Complimentary Consultation

This 15-minute consultation will give you the chance to ask questions, learn more about how hypnosis can help you, and get a feel for whether we're the right fit for each other.

02. First Session

From here, we'll kick things off with an introductory session. We'll have an in-depth discussion about what brings you to hypnosis therapy and what you hope to get out of the process. We'll also collaborate on a customized plan to suit your needs and goals.

03. Experience Hypnosis

After our planning, we move into the work. You’ll be guided into a relaxed, trance-like state- many people describe it as deeply restful and restorative. From there, I use gentle, tailored suggestions to shift limiting beliefs, habits, and emotional reactions so you can begin moving toward your goals. You stay fully aware and in control the whole time.

04. Enjoy Your Results

While each person’s journey is different and some goals may benefit from 3–6 sessions to deepen and sustain the change, many people notice meaningful relief after just one session. We’ll decide next steps together and keep the process simple, supportive, and aligned with you.
